Five hundred YT videos about GrapheneOS and they're all just opinions... "The camera on the pixel works differently from my Iphone and I don't like it". Well gee thanks for the video about the actual OS 🙄. Oh well, guess I'll just spend a day or two testing it out 🤷🏻‍♂️  #youtube #privacy  @GrapheneOS

@me Pixel Camera works fine on GrapheneOS if you want exactly the same features and quality as the stock OS. Our own Camera app is going to get a massive overhaul making it a lot better soon. It already does have basic HDR+ and Night mode on Pixels along with HDRnet for videos.

@me There's far higher quality information on discuss.grapheneos.org/ overall. It's the best source of information other than our website, especially if you mostly use the answers from official account and take into account the age of the answer. GrapheneOS has greatly improved over the years so there's a lot of outdated information in older threads. We occasionally hide inaccurate or obsolete threads when there are higher quality ones since otherwise external search prefers the older ones.

Thanks @GrapheneOS for mentioning your camera overhaul. Please can you please also consider improving its screen reader accessibility?
Now when I launch it I don't know how to make a photo with it. With talkback running I can only recognize a few buttons labelled "flip camera" and "capture mode" and then I can recognize the tabs on the bottom.

I know blind people are usually using specialized apps for taking pictures but having the default app decently accessible would still be a good idea when other apps are requesting photos from a system camera. While installing a camera app from google is another solution to this, it somewhat defeats the original purpose we are turning into graphene os to depend on google as less as we can.
